Conference Registration will open in September of 2013. You will be able to register online, via postal mail, and with a purchase order.

With more than 1500 attendees, the 2013 VAECE Annual Conference was the largest gathering of classroom teachers, leaders, administrators, consultants and researchers in Virginia! We hope you had a great time, met new friends, and maximized your learning opportunities!

Parking

The Hotel Roanoke: Parking is available at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center for $3 per day for self-parking and $5 per day for valet-parking.

Dining
At the Hotel Roanoke, your options include sumptuous breakfast buffets, a la carte lunch features and a fine dining dinner experience in the elegant and award-winning Regency Dining Room.

VAECE Annual Membership Meeting

Everyone is invited as we recognize the achievements of 2013 CDA recipients and those programs that have achieved NAEYC Accreditation and VSQI ratings, discuss the VAECE Annual Report, and welcome new leaders!
